I originally trained as an Art Therapist and worked within the NHS. During this time I began to study the Alexander Technique and later to train for three years as an Alexander Technique teacher. For the last 13 years I have been practising in Totnes and Plymouth.

I have worked as an Alexander Teacher in the music dept. at Exeter University and been employed by the BBC dealing with upper limb disorder and back pain. I also teach the Alexander technique at Cortijo Romero in Spain.
